Terms and Conditions 

B2B Business Customer Trade-In Program 

  1. Program Eligibility 
    • The B2B Business Customer Trade-In Program is applicable only for brands and devices listed on the Redington Trade-In Portal.
    • Partners shall not facilitate trade-in transactions for specific SKUs that exceed five years from their launch date, ensuring a strong and consistent residual offering.
  1. Pricing and Quotation Validity 
    • Pricing for all SKUs eligible for trade-in shall remain valid for a period of 30 days. Updated pricing will be published on a monthly basis.
    • All trade-in quotes shall adhere to the 30-day pricing validity period.
    • Accepted quotes must be acknowledged by the customer before finalization.
  1. Product Collection
    • Products shall be collected from a designated collection point as specified by the customer.
  1. Customer Acknowledgment and Agreement 
    • Accurate Information: The customer agrees to provide accurate and complete details about the devices intended for trade-in, including but not limited to the make, model, condition, and any accompanying accessories.
    • Evaluation & Final Trade-In Value: The customer acknowledges that the trade-in value is subject to evaluation and verification upon physical inspection by the partner or its authorized representatives. The final trade-in value may differ from the initial estimate, and any adjustments will be communicated prior to transaction completion.
    • Legal Ownership: The customer warrants that they have legal ownership or proper authorization to trade in the devices and that the devices are free from any liens, encumbrances, or restrictions that could prevent their transfer.
    • Transfer of Ownership: Upon completion of the trade-in transaction, the customer agrees to transfer all ownership rights, titles, and interests in the trade-in devices to the retailer.
    • Finality of Transaction: The customer acknowledges that the trade-in transaction is final and irreversible, and under no circumstances can the device be returned or reclaimed.
    • Liability Release: The customer releases the partner from any liability, claims, damages, or disputes related to the trade-in transaction, including but not limited to data loss, personal information loss, or unauthorized use of the traded-in devices.
    • Indemnification: The customer agrees to indemnify and hold the partner harmless against any third-party claims or demands arising from the trade-in transaction, including any claims of infringement or violation of intellectual property rights.
    • Dispute Waiver: Once the trade-in transaction is completed in accordance with the governing laws of the applicable jurisdiction, the customer waives all rights to dispute or challenge the transaction.
    • Entire Agreement: This clause constitutes the entire agreement regarding the trade-in transaction and supersedes any prior understandings, whether written or verbal, on the matter.
    • Binding Agreement: These terms and conditions are binding upon the parties, their successors, assigns, and legal representatives.

By proceeding with the trade-in transaction, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
